Om jobbet

Är du intresserad av kunddialog, kundkommunikation, koordinering, administration och service?

Vi behöver förstärka vårt duktiga team i receptionen inne på en av våra kunders testanläggningar strax utanför Arjeplog.

Tjänsten är en säsongsanställning på heltid (6 oktober-31 mars).

Rollen

I ditt uppdrag ingår bland annat att:

Sköta bokningar av kontorsplatser, transporter, boende etc.

Assistera kundens personal under deras närvaro på testanläggningen.

Se till att löpande hålla information till kundens personal uppdaterad.

Enklare IT-support av kundens olika IT-system.

Vi söker

Dig som är kundorienterad och är stresstålig.

Dig som är självgående, ansvarsfull, engagerad och en lagspelare.

Du är mycket noggrann och har en prestigelös grundinställning.

Dig som har datorvana och är van att arbeta i Office-paketet.

Mycket goda språkkunskaper i engelska krävs (i både tal och skrift) och behärskar du tyska så är det ett stort plus (vår kund har tyska som företagsspråk).

Behärskar du svenska så är även det en fördel, men inget krav.

B-körkort är ett krav då anläggningen inte nås med kollektivtrafik.

About the Job

Are you interested in customer dialogue, customer communication, coordination, administration and service? We need to reinforce our talented team at the reception inside one of our customers’ test facilities right outside of Arjeplog. The position is a full-time seasonal job (6 October-31 March).

We offer

Role

Your tasks include, among other things:

-Booking of offices, transports, accommodation etc

-Assist the customers personnel during their presence at the test facility

-Ensure that information to the customers personnel is continuously updated

-Basic IT Support of the customers various IT systems

We are looking for

-You, who are customer-oriented and stress-resistant

-You, who are motivated, responsible, committed, and a team player

-You, are very meticulous and have a non-prestigious attitude

-You, who have computer skills and are used to working with the Office package

Very good language skills in English are required (both spoken and written), and it is a big plus if you are fluent in German (our client has German as their company language). Speaking Swedish is an additional advantage, but not a requirement.

B Driving License is a requirement as the facility is not accessible via public transportation.
